The staff were SOOO helpful. They changed our room based on our request upon arrival. The surroundings of the hotel and the walking loops are gorgeous. I loved them. The swimming pool and gym are GREAT to enjoy with family. It.

Mairead, the duty manager, helped me a lot. Adrian was also very chatty. The front desk staff has excellent knowledge. Teamwork is obvious throughout the resort. The staff in general is friendly.

I found the staff to be very cute and helpful. The grounds were lovely with a playground and plenty of space for children to play outdoors. The pool was a good size. It wasn't too deep for little ones to paddle and was deep enough for adults to swim.
The room was warm during the night, even with the fan on! and with the windows open.
